9/21    In Sims 2 how do you get engaged?

           the relationship had been purely platonic.
           if the relationship had been purely platonic.  But in this case they
           usually reject me and show a thought bubble of some other sim with
           low Niceness, and you get a bad memory and you lose a lot of
           friendship points.  I don't understand.
