12/16   Emacs automatically goes to the next line when I enter ";", "}".
        I want to stop this behavior.  How?
        \_ use notepad.exe
        \_ use cat
                \-what mode? probably C-q and then ; or } will do it. --psb
           \_ use dog
           \_ USE ED!  ED IS THE STANDARD EDITOR!!!!
               \_ It should be: "ED!  ED!  ED is the standard!!!"
                  \_ Sigh.  ED! ED! ED is the STANDARD!
