        http://mashable.com/2013/09/15/severed-finger-iphone-5s
I'm sure the Apple QA department has tested extensively that a severed
finger will not be able to access a stolen iPhone 5S.
\_ It doesn't matter whether or not a severed finger can be used. It
matters whether or not a robber thinks that a severed finger can be

7/31 Hi, I am looking for a monitoring recommendation for use at home
with my MacMini and as a second monitor for my Airbook. At this
point I dont want to buy a fancy Apple monitor -- will probably
wait for then to announce a new one -- but price doesnt really
matter [office buy], but it doesnt seem like there is any need
to spend more than $500? Historically I've just gotten a decent

        Fuck you Apple!
\_ Really? I know they say you can't put more than 8GB in the 13"
MBP, but I have 16GB in my 2011 13" MBP and it works perfectly.
\_ I thought the new ones have soldier on HD and RAM just like

was shown the door, which Apple was indeed able to find. None of that has apparently helped drivers looking for the town of Mildura, in Victoria, Australia however. Apple Maps still places the hamlet in the middle of the Murray-Sunset National Park, about 44 miles southwest of its actual location. The displaced location map issue has reportedly left six drivers lost or stranded in the national park for up to 24 hours without food or water, in temperatures that can reach up to 115 degrees in the Outback with no phone reception. Six people have had to be rescued in the past two months, and now Mildura police have issued a statement calling the situation "a life threatening issue," urging caution when using Apple Maps. FIDTRO I tested Apple Maps once by going on a route that I already knew, and when the app tried to figure out a way, it wanted to take me completely off course and through a much more inefficient route than the conventional one I already knew. John Blaze When I was in Puerto Rico Apple Maps had my hotel 300 feet in the ocean SMH They also sent me to the San Juan Airport hanger 2 miles behind the airport entrance. Also, when I have a direct long freeway drive, the app will have me get off the freeway and get back on one mile up the road. Apple needs to just kiss google's butt and get their Map app back. When it's time to upgrade, I'm going Android on a good phone and I'm never looking back. Hopefully the next Samsung Galaxy will have a good rgb screen instead of pentile crap, and better color profiles. Reply jesscott It's really sad that humans have lost the ability to actually find their way to and from locations unless they have some computer aided assistance. People with a GPS can't find their butts with two hands anymore.
