As temperatures begin to drop, people wait in line to fill containers with gas at a Shell gasoline filling station Thursday, Nov. The power outages and flooding caused by Superstorm Sandy have forced many gas stations to close and disrupted the flow of fuel from refineries to those stations that are open.

That's right, despite the 22nd Amendment, which limits any one person to two presidential terms, the email that went out to Gingrich's supporters suggests President Obama would be running again in 2016, and possibly serve through 2020. " came from Gingrich Marketplace and went out to people who'd given their contact information to the Gingrich campaign when the former speaker of the House was still in the presidential race. Bygone candidates, such as Gingrich and Herman Cain, regularly rent out their email address lists to advertisers. "The truth is, the next election has already been decided. It's nearly impossible to beat an incumbent president," advertiser Porter Stansberry wrote in the email to Gingrich supporters. "What's actually at stake right now is whether or not he will have a third-term." Conservative news group Human Events manages the Gingrich Marketplace emails, but Gingrich has a say over which advertisers can have their messages go out to the list. And according to Gingrich spokesman RC Hammond, Stansberry & Associates should have been on the blacklist. "We do not rent to the entity in question," Hammond said, speaking by phone Thursday. Human Events Vice President Joe Guerriero said the email was "a mistake." "It was actually scheduled to run on another of our lists," Guerriero said. His team has been investigating how the Stansberry message went out to the Gingrich group.
the court found he participated in an online newsletter scheme that defrauded investors out of $1 million. To learn how Obama would circumvent the 22nd Amendment, Gingrich subscribers were asked to click on a link to Stanberry's site and watch a video presentation.
Republican rival Mitt Romney when Gingrich left the race last May At the top and bottom of his emails, there is a disclaimer for readers, in part saying, "the following message reflects the opinions and representations of our advertiser alone."
John 27 secs ago Well, it would be nice to know why the current administration chose to trumpet this bs about a "spontaneous demonstration over an offensive video" on all the talk shows and before the UN if they "really" knew all along what had actually transpired. But, apparently, listening to the MSM and buying their "Obama as God" line, it makes little difference to the overall evaluation of this administration as so much more intellectually and morally superior to wthe one that preceeded it. If it doesn't make any difference, then let's replace the current bunch of demonstably incompetent (can't achieve ANYTHING they promised, even a budget) nincompoops and get people who HAVE demonstrated competence on the job...
One Man Dynasty 13 mins ago The radical fascist right is so ignorant & has a double standard they don't care as long as they get the black man out of office. They feel they can commit ANY crime but no matter how much justice we do it will always be wrong to them. That is why they are the fastest shrinking group in the world. Just like there used to be witch hunts, spanish inquisitions, lynchings, beheadings, slavery, lack of womens rights, etc. We will drag them kicking & screaming into a better future.
Sherwood O o 11 hrs ago I subscribe to Porter Stansberry and watched that video while rolling my eyes 3 days ago.. not sure if I'll cancel my subscription to Porter Stansberry based on the fact I just found out he cheated someone or at least was made to pay out money but makes me want to rethink their advice... also noticed they have a large negative slant on Obama which should never be involved in an investment newsletter.. just give me the info I need since I'm paying for it and leave your own politics out of it!
TMR 1 hr 46 mins ago For anyone believing the outrageous exaggeration of 973 executive orders, please check the federal register's website. This is the agency that numbers and tracks every executive order since the power was first given. The agency not only numbers them, but puts up the content for your review. Instead of mindlessly believing what someone erroneously wrote on the internet or repeated, check it out. It also tells you how many executive orders were issued by each president. For the record, Obama's number is not that high and most of them were not for major issues. Whether you agree with him or not, the facts are there for anyone who's honest enough to look for them instead of focusing through their own personal bias.
Edward F o 12 hrs ago From the article: "Stansberry & Associates is run by Porter Stansberry, who in 2003 was the subject of an SEC lawsuit in which the court found he participated in an online newsletter scheme that defrauded investors out of $1 million. So he only had to pay 120k back even though he bilked people out of 1 mil? These are the kinds of sleazebags involved in our political process. No honest politician should be associated with a #$%$ like that.
Jae 1 hr 19 mins ago AFTER the election, I still have no desire to listen to, support, or be around blatant liars. As for worship, I'll stick with Jesus, not Joseph Smith.
Phyl o 12 hrs ago why is there so much hate between the parties? this is rediculous, no wonder the officials in office do not work together, if we the people have so much hate, why would they be any different?
