           10.5 -> 10.6 = $29
           In order to go to 10.4 to 10.6, you must purchase cumulatively:
           10.4 -> 10.5 -> 10.6 = $129 + $29
           Patch releases are free:
           10.5 -> 10.5.1 -> 10.5.2 -> ... = $0
