10/31   I have a recorded signal that I am evaluating for periodicity.
        Using a FFT I get a peak at a certain frequency, but using an
        autocorrelation function I get a period (and thus frequency)
        that is quite different. Any ideas why the two methods would
        give different answers (assuming the signal is in fact
        periodic)? Thanks.
