10/7    Was it just me or did McCain's "us" gesture look like the
        classic motion for signifying a jerkoff? And, um, where
        did he go when the debate wrapped up? He just disappeared.
        We were expecting that he'd at least have an interview
        lined up with Fox, but nope-- just vanished.
