to actually say anything of substance she showed how empty her
understanding of the issues was so she had to go on the attack.

suburban Denver or Alexandria, VA.
\_ Biden followed proper vp debate procedure and basically ignored
Palin, and only attacked McCain and promoted Obama. I don't know
if that convinced any independent voters though.
