\_ It's similar to how Amazon and eBay are tech companies.
\_ Amazon and eBay are *NOW* tech companies, they didn't
start that way. Groupon started off as a marketing
company, and their "technology" isn't getting any better
than a bigger and bigger opt-in email spam system.
