8/31    messed up strained bicep shoulder guy here.  i think my shoulder
        is strained.  how do i strengthen it?
        \_ Find a doctor.  Get on massive inflamtories.  I strained my shoulder
           and the strain led to tendonitous in my arm and it really sucked.
