8/20    How did Dan White get away with only serving 5 years for
        killing two people?  Nowadays you get 20 years just for
        carrying crack.

            Because after the verdict there were minor riots and the police
            retaliated by beating up patrons at a gay bar?  30 years are a
            long fucking time.
