8/20    Anyone was hurt by Schwab on 8/16 because you couldn't sell your stock
        in time?  Was there any plan for compensation?

           \_ There's this subtle statement in an e-mail I got from Schwab
              regarding the 8/16 event:
              "If you had difficulty accessing your account that you would
              like to discuss with a Schwab representative, please call
              1-800-577-5722."
