7/3 \_ In Hong Kong, lines are longer but they move much faster. \_ why is that? \_ Because counter clarks and attendents are forced to work fast in order to keep the places in business. For example McDonald's goal for the time between "How may I help you" and you receiving all your items (even for multiple people) and change is 30 seconds. \_ 60 seconds. \_ 60? It seemed to be much faster than that. Did you work at McD in Hong Kong? Any inside knowledge? |
