1/4 Why the fascination with blowing up airplanes? Airports have tight
security. It doesn't seem worth it. It's far easier to derail a
train or set off explosives in a crowded place like a theater or
sporting event. As many or more people will be killed and it will
still make the news. I don't get why all of our security, and
apprently much of the terrorist's resources, is focused on airplanes.

com) -- A police officer in Ohio has been charged with killing missing pregnant woman Jessie Davis and her nine-month-old unborn child Chloe. Cutts was charged with the murders of both Jesse and Chloe after national news stories appeared when her son Blake was found home alone and Jesse missing. Authorities found overturned furniture and bleached spilled on the floor, likely to cover up the blood loss resulting from the attack, in Davis' home. Officials eventually found Davis' body Saturday in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, with the body of her dead daughter Chloe still inside her. Cutts will appear in court today on charges of two counts of murder and Ohio authorities are able to use an unborn victims law to prosecute Davis that is similar to the one used to prosecute Scott Peterson in the deaths of his wife and unborn son Laci and Conner. Ohio's law says that, at any stage of a pregnancy, if an "unborn member of the species homo sapiens, who is or was carried in the womb of another" is killed, it is aggravated murder, murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide, aggravated vehicular homicide, and vehicular homicide, depending on the circumstances. The Ohio law was adopted in 1998 and similar laws are in effect in 35 states with 25 of them that protect mothers and their babies throughout pregnancy. The charges against Cutts come two days after he allegedly helped authorities locate Davis' body. The 26-year-old Davis was pregnant and had been missing for 10 days. In addition to Cutts, also expected to make a court appearance Monday is Myisha Lynne Ferrell, 29, who is being held on charges of obstruction of justice, officials said. Police would disclose no details of what led investigators to Ferrell or how they believe she is connected to the case. Ferrell and Cutts attended high school together and police reportedly found empty bleach bottles and duct tape in her house that may be connected to the murders. Cutts is married and has two children with other women and claims he is innocent on the charges. View Replies To: monomaniac It was a case of a horrible double murder, nothing less, nothing more. Another woman who loved was killed in my view because the so-called man didn't want the responsibility.
