5/1     I just saw the latest South Park and it is totally hilarious. Is
        it really true that Santa Monica, Venice, and Brentwood are the
        capitals of the homeless?  Do they really take care of the
        homeless?

              SM is refered to as the People's Republic of SM.
              \_ A friend of mine once got a survey from the city of SM at work,
                 and was told that SM 'requires 100% survey participation.'  It
                 was not clear what would happen if a survey was not filled out,
                 but the insinuations were ominous!
