2/27 I attended my first Chinese wedding and had the most amazing
delicasy in my entire life: crunchy pig skin. I probably ate
over 1/2 of it at the table. Does anyone know where I can buy
more crunchy pig skin? 99 Ranch doesn't seem to sell them.
\_ Not frog related but you should really take a look at
the works of Anthony Bourdain. He has a few books and
television shows that explores cuisines and cultures from
around the world with a "try everything once" attitude.
It's a great read (or watch) for those sick of thinking
that dry chicken breast represents the pinnacle of good food.
