I am sure The Florida Department of Children & Families might have been able to 'lose' a few Children for him if he had only asked. I've always been of the opinion that folks in power should be held to a higher accountability than us regular folk. While I do not think it possible to overcome all corruption, I do feel that more can be done to prevent it. There are occupations where contracts complete some kind of 'corruption' rider carrying its own set of punishments are needed.
