5/15 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPu19jOcJF4 (from http://drudgereport.com) CNN confused that Dubya had already started his immigration speech and switches to his feed, when in fact Dubya was only rehearsing. Or, the official story that an NBC guy told Dubya to start and someone else told him to stop. \_ What gets me about the whole address -- has Bush never been to Socal? \_ what about it? |

www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPu19jOcJF4 RyoWolf (21 minutes ago) I'm actually a little surprised he practices his speeches. I mean, for a man who has made so many errors in public speaking that he has been ridiculed insessently for it, it actually adds an additional layer of humor to know he practices these things and still messes them up. kwjohns (18 minutes ago) You can't be laughing if you seriously cared, because according to you all he's a terrible president. If someone truly believed that and wasn't some trend follower, they wouldn't be calling it a laughing matter. I on the other hand like Bush more and more everyday that I see he's pissing off you liberal whiners. And I'm not naive enough to believe only 2,000 people being polled as being a good indication at what millions of people in a country believe. Are there not enough debates concerning this man already? Oh, look, it's an unpopular president practicing his speech in a video. Let's argue with others over a video-uploading site about our opinions concerning him. GOPVideo (5 minutes ago) We Americans have been so tightly wound since about 1992 that we live for anything out of the ordinary -- even if it is *gasp* ordinary. rwhitenight (1 minute ago) This was an intentional attempt by the Communist Clinton Network to embarass our President. These networks are controlled by the Democratic Communist Party. |
drudgereport.com The staff is planning to do several stories on this and not just one big article. For days now, the NYT has been chasing down the rumors of what the LA TIMES may be investigating about Carter but didn't have much success. Finally, this afternoon, the NYT made some headway, at least enough to rush out a story. |
