11/7 We've pretty well hashed over prop 77, what about 78 and 79? (The
competeing discount drug plans) What's the motd opinion on these?
To my cursory reading, 79 seems a bit heavy-handed, 78 seems
kinda useless. I'm leaning towards no on both.
