abcnews.go.com/Primetime/story?id=1231684&page=1 They may remind you another famous pair of singers, the Olsen Twins, and the girls say they like that. But unlike the Olsens, who built a media e mpire on their fun-loving, squeaky-clean image, Lamb and Lynx are cultiv ating a much darker personna. They are white nationalists and use their talents to preach a message of hate. "We're proud of being white, we want to keep being white," said Lynx. "We want our people to stay white we don't want to just be, you know, a b ig muddle. Lynx and Lamb have been nurtured on racist beliefs since birth by their m other April. "They need to have the background to understand why certain things are happening," said April, a stay-at-home mom who no longer liv es with the twins' father. "I'm going to give them, give them my opinion just like any, any parent would." April home-schools the girls, teaching them her own unique perspective on everything from current to historical events. In addition, April's fath er surrounds the family with symbols of his beliefs specifically the N azi swastika. It appears on his belt buckle, on the side of his pick-up truck and he's even registered it as his cattle brand with the Bureau of Livestock Identification. "Because it's provocative," explains April of the cattle brand, "to him h e thinks it's important as a symbol of freedom of speech that he can use it as his cattle brand." Teaching Hate Songs like "Sacrifice" a tribute to Nazi Rudolf Hess, Hitler's deputy F uhrer clearly show the effect of the girls' upbringing. The lyrics pra ise Hess as a "man of peace who wouldn't give up." "It really breaks my heart to see those two girls spewing out that kind o f garbage," said Ted Shaw, civil rights advocate and president of the NA ACP's Legal Defense Fund though Shaw points out that the girls aren't espousing their own opinions but ones they're being taught. |
www.metafilter.com/mefi/36870 Zyklon B, referred to here merely as Zyklon, is a very effective pest icide consisting of liquid hydrogen cyanide (HCN, an acid) absorbed into some inert material such as wood pulp, with an irritant added to warn b ystanders of its presence. HCN is also called "prussic acid" and in Germ an "Blausare" (blue acid), because it is commonly used in blue dyes and tends to leave blue stains where it is used. I think thei r next press release will be that daddy has furthered his own cause and gotten both of them knocked up (for the Fatherland, of course). White Trash Supremacists make me want to use a Sharpie and color my self black. Oh yeah, to the twin's Mommy, Odin's sheildmaiden, maybe you should spell check your nickname before clicking okay? Nah, that'd be kow-towing to the evil Jews who like things spelled right. Can't we just put all these people in a rocket ship and shoot them into t he sun? It's upsetting and gross, but it won't go away if it's ignroed, Outlawyr. I think the benefit of realizing that not on ly is this kind of crap out there, but not just in the heads of wierd di saffected hermits, far outweighs any harm of exposing it to the light. It's always better to spread information, even if the information is dist asteful or even harmful. ma ybe they're just slowly building up to a full-on rebellious phase. oh please - the whole point of the band is to appeal to the angry white m en who will find the girls some indistinct combination of sweet/cute and sexy. The existence and spawning of neo-Nazi and white suprema cist groups and Holocaust deniers internationally is just part of a clev er plot by Zionists to focus world attention on and win support and symp athy for Jews. The ones with a shred of conscience (or, more probably, marketing) claim that it never happened in order to make Nazis seem like efficient beaure aucrats to emulate rather than the monsters that they were. The really ill ones accept that it happened and like it because it makes the Nazis seem like the monsters that they were. These girls are totally being pimpe d out by their parents. Those websites were pretty disturbing, but also pretty random... it felt like a lot of it was done to shock people, not because of any deeply hel d beliefs (eg, the holocaust denying/holocaust supporting thing - I don' t think it really matters to them because both positions shock-). I was also surprised about the number of references to similar movewments in germany - I thought there were sorta strict not-so-freedom-of-speech -oriented laws in germany about this sort of thing, due to recent histor y.. covered the traditional-sounding german anthem "tomorrow belongs to me" from the musical cabaret, both given the context in which it appears and given that the songwriters are jewish? |
dresdenfans.blogspot.com Powered by Blogger Monday, October 17, 2005 I like the wind in my hair After we picked up Lamb and Lynx and Mommy from the airport when they cam e back from Hammerfest, we went out to eat. The wind was blowing really hard in the parking lot and I tried to pretend to fly... This goes to show you what fabu lous deals there are out there if you look for them. It also goes to sho w that raising children doesnt have to be expensive and that you can and should have more than just a few. Since Dresden has a way of sneaking into photos and videos of the girls we decided that it was time that she got her own blog. This way she can have a place for the many m any pictures that her sisters and her mom and dad take of her. |
