I was just browsing around trying to meet som e new, exciting people from around here. I recently moved to San Jose s o I dont know too many people. Well Ill keep this short until I know youre i nterested.
I have a sneaking suspicion that these are porn distributors who are trying to entice you to join services online. This was a super common trend in online dating sites before people had to pay.
September 30th, 2005 at 2:48 pm Ive receieved the same friendster spam. One was very convincing, from a friendster member claiming to be from my local area. I asked a friend if he thought it was spam and he didnt think it could be. After reading your note pointing out common phrases in the spam I now know better.
September 30th, 2005 at 7:30 pm i think the reasons they say they dont check their friendster that often and instead want you to send an email is so that they can identify your email and then spam you.
