7/12 London Bombing: Further Proof We're Winning
        http://www.chronwatch.com/content/contentDisplay.asp?aid=15626
\_ I wanna see you people tell the British that we're "fighting them
there so we don't have to fight them here"...
\_ Maybe if the Brits arrested people who openly called for the
overthrow of their own government they wouldn't have been bombed.
Here's a nutty idea: fighting them there doesn't matter if we're
              inviting them over here.
\_ This is even dumber than the Freeper links you keep posting.
It is all one ad hominem rant vs. Senator Kennedy. Where do
you find these pearls of Conservative "wisdom"?

5/4 So, Bin Laden, star of Fox News, dies at 51. But really the
question is, when are we declaring war on pakistan for

        2. taking our money ($ billions) for "antiterror" operations?

1/4 Why the fascination with blowing up airplanes? Airports have tight
security. It doesn't seem worth it. It's far easier to derail a
train or set off explosives in a crowded place like a theater or
sporting event. As many or more people will be killed and it will
still make the news. I don't get why all of our security, and
apprently much of the terrorist's resources, is focused on airplanes.

Evan Sayet Tuesday, July 12, 2005 There are two ways to look at the bombings in London -- just as there are two ways to look at the misdeeds at Abu Gharaib last year a nd the interrogation practices of our soldiers at Guantanamo Bay. To the Democrats, who seek Americas defeat in the war against Islamic fas cist terror, these things are to be seen as tools to be used to bludgeon America and Americans into submission. To me they are only further pro of of how great America is and how obvious it is that we are winning the war against the evil murderers. When I see the likes of the bloated Ted Kennedy -- recognizing, of cours e, that more people have died in Kennedys car than at Guantanamo Bay -- attacking America because a handful of night guards at the Abu Gharaib p rison for the most vicious and vile of human scum put panties on the ter rorists heads, I recognize that if this is all he can point to to try an d undermine Americas will to defend itself then the nearly one million A merican and coalition forces that have rotated in and out of Iraq over t he past two years must be so unbelievably exemplary that my affection fo r America only grows. If the worst that Democratic Senator Dick Durbin can find in his efforts to paint Americans as Nazis is that the air conditioning wasnt turned up in an interrogation cell for suspected terrorists caught trying to kill the infidel Americans, then our treatment of the terrorists must be abs olutely fantastic. And if the best the terrorists can do four years after 9/11 is pull off a couple of lame bombings on a subway or a train somewhere, then obviousl y were doing something right. After all, remember that during the Clint on years the terrorists were massacring people all the time and in spect acular fashion and with utter impunity! They murdered Americans in the World Trade Center in 1993 and in the Khobar Towers and they massacred A mericans (and others, including Moslems) when they completely destroyed two US embassies in Africa and they nearly sunk an American warship, t he USS Cole. Four years after 9/11aside from the pathetic and desparate kidnappings in Iraqthe Islamic fascists havent succeeded in attacking America -- or a single American interest -- anywhere in the world! To those who wish to use anything to attack America (I mean the Democrats in this case, not the terrorists) the bombings in London are proof of o ur defeat. To me, thats a claim exactly as accurate and for exactly th e same purpose -- as the Democratic Partys number two in command, Durbin s, attempts to portray American soldiers as Nazis. In reality this piti ful terrorist tantrum in London is only further proof that America is wi nning the war against the Islamic fascist terrorists and, as usual, that the Democrats are on the side of our enemies.
