7/7 Here's a fairly amusing comic about being an exchange student in
        Russia:

\_ Wow. It's like a blog, but much, much more work. I like.
\_ I read through the lot of them, overall it's okay, but this one
           made me laugh out loud:

           -dans
\_ HAHA. That guy looks just like someone I know from Ukrain.
\_ Heh, cute. I like, too. And I got a kick out of the same one dans
           did, too. -alexf
\_ IMO, the Russia strips are kind of week compared to her ones from
home, though the once I picked out above is still my favorite:

\- i have no idea what any of the above means but i though
comment at #7 by ucb math prof R. BORCHERDS was pretty
              entertaining, from: http://csua.org/u/ahe
Feel free to gift me any of those books. ok tnx.
\_ "Bogoliubov was probably the leading Soviet field theorist.
The claim on the back that this is an undergraduate textbook
should not be taken seriously outside Russia." Haha! -- ilyas
\- my other russian associates also found this pretty
humorous [berkeley physics phd, ucsf phd].

3/30 a girl i went to a party with on saturday got really drunk
and whispered to me 'I REALLY LIKE SEX'. I ignored her
because my hemorrhoid was angry. What should I have done?
\_ Your hemorrhoid (sp?) saved you from a moral fault. It's
unethical to have sex with a person who's incapable of
consent. However, now you know she likes sex. So,

\_ I saw a version of Riverdance in Branson, Missouri that was
full of very fit Irish women and in one dance they wore white
and with the lights it left absolutely nothing to the imagination.
The crowd was pretty stunned. I turned to my girlfriend and
said "Uh, what was that?" and she confirmed. If you know

This is the first comic in th e series about my year spent in Russia. And no, unfortunately the strips will not all be in color. Becau se the strips were originally drawn for the newspaper format, and as suc h are more difficult to color than, say, PVP with its closed figures. So , because the strip will be five days a week, it is just too time consum ing to color them all. They were really made to be black and white anywa y, so it's all good.
