        letters, D if it is based on English words, # if it contains numbers,
        and % if it has weird characters:

           \_ I'm guess (s)he meant "in my account password".
        \_ Weird characters are what?  Symbols?  Characters that aren't 7-bit
           ASCII?

        mails (and they're obviously spams)? Why can't they do
        a better job like Google mail? Why does Y! mail charge
        for exporting email? Google mail doesn't do that.
