3/15    Partha and/or emacs guru, how do I make my cursor blink?

           \- i usually run emacs in a terminal so this is a
              non-issue. you can look for kyle jones' package
              for frame-based modes. His packages are of good
              quality, e.g. crypt++, VM, filladapt etc. --psb
        \_ My emacs21 in XP, SunOS5 and Linux all have blinking cursor by
           default.  I didn't do anything special to turn it on.
