11/3 Worked the polls yesterday. Big rush from 6:50 to 10:00 a.m., and
then bupkis. Nada. Trickles of people for the rest of the day, and
no mad rush at 5 p.m. 380 electronic voters, 82 absentee ballots, and
87 provisional ballots. Very few questions on the Diebolds. Most
voters were late 20s to late 40s, with a skew toward the retiree group
(since we were working out of the garage of a retirement home). Oldest
voter: 91.5, and pretty damn spry. Overall: exhausting, but
fulfilling. Please consider volunteering next time. --erikred
