Hybrid Insight most efficient vehicle Gas-electric Honda beats Toyota hybrid Prius for best mileage; October 8, 2004: 12:25 PM EDT NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Honda's gas-electric hybrid Insight edged out the Toyota hybrid Prius for the most fuel-efficient vehicle, according to th e government mileage readings, while the Dodge Ram pickup was measured a s the worst gas guzzler.
