\_ Lift weights and do aerobic exercise a few times a week, and
eat and sleep reasonably.
\_ Like anyone would bother fessing up and if they did, what would
you do about it anyway?
\_ If you want weight loss advice, you probably shouldn't
be looking for it here. You can actually make progress
by thinking for yourself on the subject. (Isn't that
awful?)
\_ It's not all so intuitive. For example, doing
situps will not take fat specifically from
your tummy. The best thing to do is read.
