4/25    I'm trying to get a cell phone in south bay area.  Any suggestion
        about which phone/what service should I get?
        \_ Wait 3 months, if you can.   Market should change a lot this
        summer.  Else, get short term committment.  C1 PCS might be best
        right now, assuming they are actually doing it.  -jor
