3/19    Ever thought about puting the motd under RCS or SCCS?  Making people
        "check out" the motd.public would:
         - end the two people editing at once problems
         - increase the clue level required to edit it
         - provide a trail to rebuild from when it's hozed
        \_ I bet you're one of those people who puts his mail spool under
          SCCS just in case you forget that you've logged on several times.
