June 9th, 2004: Before I begin today's rundown, I need to announce that I am heading to Montreal for six days to attend a wedding where I will be subjected to the usual "why aren't you married?" Luckily, years of covering the entertainment circle has armed me with stock responses like: "I'm still developing my career foundation" or "I am focusing on my career right now, I have no time for romance." Since I'm not actually in the entertainment circle, saying "although I work in the entertainment circle, my private life is private so I don't feel a need to comment" probably wouldn't go over too well. Then again, I can always go with: "But Andy Lau isn't married yet!" Anyway, that was the long way for me to say that the site will be on hiatus until the evening of June 16th.
Also, Tartan Video's UK DVD release of INFERNAL AFFAIRS is sponsoring another HK Entertainment News In Review contest. This time around, the booty is one of three INFERNAL AFFAIRS movie posters signed by Tony Leung Chiu-Wai.
