It doesn't seem like they have any stronger a case or anything has changed - just that the deadline they set themselves for IBM to settle has now passed, and they're determined to go through with it. Big Blue claims that their license is perpetual and cannot be cancelled, and they apparently intend to go ahead selling AIX. What makes them think they'll succeed in the much-higher-stakes game in the States? Just idea fort a thought: Wouldn't it be better if they joined together and cooperated on unixes instead of behaving like M$? Next time you feel like stealing someone else's (somewhat unoriginal, kind of lame) work, try aiming a little lower on the meme scale.

Well, at least that explains the posts from the anonymous idiots. That being said, I must give you my personal congratulations for having written something funny enough to be blatantly ripped off. I simply posted a reply to the original message agreeing that it was funny and adding in a bit more humor. Secondly I dont consider adding slackware in the mix 'blantenly ripping off' anyones post (if that was refering to me). Also if anyone is the troll its SCO not some anonomous person replying to a post. I consider a troll someone who destroys a thread not adds to it.
