It is written in 32 PHP and provides webmail access to IMAP and POP3 accounts. It adds advanced features such as searching multiple mailboxes, identities, and a hierarchical mailbox navigator, as well as a cleaner, redesigned user interface. It used 37 PHPLIB for session management, and worked with both PHP3 and PHP4. University of Pennsylvania Webmail Evaluation The 39 University of Pennsylvania updated their Webmail Evaluation in 2002, and again 40 chose IMP as the webmail solution of choice. Both evaluations tested the most popular webmail clients against a wide range of criteria, concluding that 42 IMP is the best product for deployment on their academic network, outscoring all of its competitors.

The plugin is not part of SquirrelMail, but an add-in developed by an external entity, and not usually supported by the development team. Included in this release is the integration of the DMN plugin, some interface tweaks, and many bugfixes. Six projects will be chosen out of the nominated projects by O'Reilly Network members. There is competition, take a look at 27 Open Source Goes to COMDEX to meet our competitors. This is the latest and greatest version of the stable source tree, and we recommend that all production sites upgrade to this version. CVS Issues Jul 13, 2003 by Jonathan Angliss SourceForge seem to be having a bunch of CVS issues at the moment. Developer/ssh access seems to be totally broken, and anonymous/pserver access is running off of a backup server, which can (and very well might be) up to 24 hours out of date. This release added no new user features, focusing strictly on bugfixes and performance enhancements.
