When a profit making enterprise competes to make a profit, you call that greed? How about when union thugs go on strike to hold up businessmen for higher wages. Maybe someone should tip off the Unions that the illegal migration of cheap labor is fruit of their support of the Democratic Party. I know we hear about Republicans contribution to the problem. But, in reality, only the Republicans expend political capital to speak out on the problem. Look at the Ranchers in Arizonza who are condemned by Democrats for mounting a citizens patrol of the border on ranch land. The unions have got to be unequivocal about this and report invaders who are taking US jobs. It's also time for tech workers and other non-union workers to smarten up. They only thing they see is filling up their membership roles. We all benefit immensly from their peonage in EVERY aspect of our daily lives. Yes there are a host of problems attenuating our USE of them and we all suffer them. We should be willing to pay the real price of labour in this land. A third party that wants to win, and gives us a viable pres-VP ticket that can articulate the issue and get a plurality of votes in each state. Something like Tancredo, a proven patriot with a clean record and Ventura, who would get a lot of non-voters out, just like he did in Minnesota. I can assure you that the fellows my friend uses are among the most skilled laborers I've ever come across. The fact that many of them were his family members might have a lot to do with it. I have never seen any evidence that they create lower prices. You claim that illegals help improve quality of life for all of us in general - that they are a boon to American society, yet you are conveniently overlooking all of the costs being dished out by the taxpayers. Why should the average Joe have to dish out more of his hard-earned money (taxes) to facilitate cheap illegal labor when it only results in padding the pockets of the scum that hires them?
