6/15 What, if any, free and/or open source PERSONAL information organizer
do people use and prefer? (On *nix, Mac, and/or PC) I don't care
for collaboration but good searching, synchronization and multi-
platform support are important. It's ok even if it is text/terminal
        based.
\_ I Haven't found one yet that can sync nicely with my Clie (palm.)
The Xwindows Pilot toys I've found work okay if you don't mind
a bit of knob-dicking around at first, but I gave up on synching
the thing to my laptop (FreeBSD) because all the file conduits
to other applications are lacking under *nix. Even if you don't
have a PDA, some of the Unix Pilot software works decently
as an organizer. TBH I've never bothered with address books
in any of my mail readers (mozilla, mutt.) -John
