              bandwidth? Do they limit bandwidth per port?
              \_ TCP stops it.  And most of the networks on campus are
                 10-megabit shared ethernet with 150+ hosts, so there's
                 not a lot one host can do anyway.  The aggregate bandwidth
                 issue is the problem, not any single user.  -tom
