           Are there really no good data structures books out there!?!?!
           I thought it was cool that K&Pike's "Practice of Programming" was
           used when Hilf taught it.

           in C_ by Kruse, Leung, and Tondo. Prentice Hall 1991
        \_ If I remember, in '93 we used CLR and some stupid C++/oop
           book I've banished from memory.
