Did you read the terms of the settlement they agreed to so they could get the site back up? Basically, they're paying CRC off a lump sum, paying them for estimated future losses on an ongoing basis, agreeing that CRC has a copyright on their material, and guaranteeing CRC the rights to future material. Personally, I wish the site was still down and being fought for in court. |
