8/7     Does anyone know if it's legal for the manager of my manager to lay
        me off just because he doesn't like me?
        \_ Its not legal to lay you off if he doesn't like you. But it is
           legal to say lay you off because of "budget constraints". If
           the boss of your boss doesn't like you, you should try and fix
           the problem or look for another job.

              "termination without cause" employee agreement!!!
