4/18    How do i keep in.telnetd  from trying to do a DNS lookup?  Does FTP
        ever behave like this?  (Sorry for the confusion!) the question has
        been fixed.  I meant how do you keep in.telnetd from doing a reverse
        lookup on the incomming connection?
