Policies + 25 Appropriate Use Policies + 26 Privacy Policy Working At ResComp Hiring Thank you for your interest in working at Residential Computing! ResComp is a dynamic workplace where students gain real-life work experience dealing with the same issues they face after graduation. We feature a fun-loving and relaxed atmosphere with flexible hours, competitive pay, challenges, and opportunities for a head start after graduation. We are fully staffed by students in a variety of majors and backgrounds. Specific information about a position can be found at our 27 Job Descriptions page. About Hiring at ResComp As a student-staffed workforce, we tend to retain only about half of our work force from year to year. As such, we traditionally hold a round of hiring during the middle of the Spring semester. Senior Staff is hired first, after which the RCC hiring process begins. We also tend to have a few open Senior Staff positions at the end of the Fall semester. The best times to check when we are hiring are during those times. We usually do not hire RCCs before the Spring Hiring Cycle, as we usually pick from a pool of past applicants selected as alternates. Visit the 29 Career Center website for examples and guidelines for writing your cover letter and rsum.
