Our policy of investing in the training of our technicians and consultants enables us to guarantee quality from design, to installation, to the implementation of your network. Observing Codes and Specifications The key to having a completed project that exceeds specifications and is safe is knowing current standards and codes, and having installers who use them and know why each specification exists. As BICSI members, our consultants and installers are trained and consistently updated to changes in the TIA standard, including NEC, NFPA, and NESC codes and are trained to follow them to the letter. Our consultants and technicians design and install your infrastructure with the future of your network in mind. When your project is complete, you will have a carefully engineered and reliable interconnection that is organized, labeled, and documented with CAD drawings that will exceed your expectations. Most of our customers will enjoy "showing off" their projects if you would like an opportunity to see our work. Testing, Labeling and Documentation At Network Solutions, one of the most common problems our installers encounter is tracking down unlabeled cable runs, or following up telephone cross connects. We have made it a commitment to eliminate this possibility by creating a user-friendly documentation package. This package includes a full test printout on each cable from our Wavetek Pro XL Scanner, a CAD drawing of cable routes/locations for each floor, and each cable is labeled on each end and on the faceplate/cover, as well as the panel where it originated. A list is also provided containing office numbers or names where each jack is installed. Using Compatible Materials As network consultants, we take a large view of your existing equipment to eliminate incompatibility problems. Our installers are certified in a number of popular product lines, and have experience in all distribution product lines. Maintaining and Troubleshooting Cabling Plants Solving a problem is possible only after a correct diagnosis of the problem. At Network Solutions, our technicians are equipped with some of the most advanced test equipment and diagnostic tools available. Our goal in maintaining a cabling system is to eliminate causes of problems before they happen. Kinked cables, poor cable routing and lack of organization are problems waiting to happen, and hamper efforts to locate a problem. Our technicians are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Customer Service Issues At Network Solutions, customer satisfaction is one of our greatest strengths. Our phone lines are open (with a person on the other end) twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and should you need a technician, we are always happy to send someone to you. Our installers are trained to report any possible sources of trouble they can identify while working on site. Our commitment to our customers is evidenced by letters of recommendation, which can be made available upon request.
