9/5 Welcome to http://soda.csua.berkeley.edu. Property of the ASUC.
The CSUA reserves the right to act like total jackasses.
\_ Quick logical inference for ya:
Only people with soda accounts can post to soda's motd.
All people with soda accounts are CSUA members.
Therefore, YOU are a CSUA member.
This is where it gets a little uncertain, are you calling yourself
a jackass, or simply reserving your right to be one? Tell ya what,
let's drop the issue entirely, I'll just call ya a twink.
\_ Dude, everyone in Berkeley is a total jackass. What's your
            point?
\_ fuck off nickkral and sign yer name. ---lwall
          \_ I didn't write any of this. -- nickkral
\_ and so? This machine is not property of the ASUC. get
           your facts straight kralebitch.
\_ Who do you think owns it? Who do you think issued the
donation receipts for all the alums who donated?
\_ well, not that I myself would know anything, but
ASUC officials have confirmed several times in
the past that as far as they are concerned,
soda.csua and it's brethren are for the CSUA
to do with as the CSUA pleases as long as we
abide by the usual campus regulations about
our constitution and using it for commercial
(as opposed to fund raising) activity and the
like. Who do you think owns the OCF machines or the
CalLUG machines? It's a CSUA machine through
and through. --Jon Oh and sign your name twink.
\_ Legally the ASUC owns the OCF machines, which
is why we engrave them "Property of the ASUC."
No, the ASUC isn't going to take them away,
but they could if they wanted to.
                                -alan-
\_ The csua cant own anything. They don't exist
                                as a legal entitry.
Wrong again twink-boy! The CSUA as a legal entity _/
(with a bank account, etc.) predates ASUC!
\_ Who cares? Why do any of you give a shit? -apathetic
\_ The CSUA incorporated? Just because some twink opened
an account with their SSN and the CSUA's name, does not
make the CSUA a legal entity.
\_ CSUA UBER ALLES! HKN IST CSUA! ASUC IST CSUA! CS DEPT IST
CSUA!! UCSEE IST CSUA! LIEBENSCRAUM! HEUTE DIE WELT, MONNEN
DAS SONNENSYSTEM! SIEG HEIL! HEIL CSUA! HEIL MIKEH!
           - nickkral
\_ It's "liebensraum", du Quatschkoph. --Jon
