6/11 Let's say the thirdvoice plugin just said something like "Click here
to see what others think about this site's content" (or something like
that). Would that make it more palatable to people?
\_ yeah but once you take out those little markers on the site
it gets a lot less fun - instead, you should have a big
button that says Toggle Graffiti/Notes so that you instantly
get a site that has the little markers or doesn't have them

\_ Does TV have the option to only view posts written to groups which
you are subscribed? This would make it a lot more manageable and
useful... For example, any CS group could annotate notes about a
project that was handed out and not have to share their notes/
pseudo-code with other groups, nor have to read any of the crap
           written by other groups/spammers.
\_ Yes, it can, but not exactly like that. It has groups but you
can't yet disable public comments. -Judd

4/19 My Firefox 3.6.28 pops up a Software Update box that reads "Your
version of Firefox will soon be vulnerable to online attacks." Are
they planning to turn off some security feature in my version of
        Firefox?
\_ Not as such, no, but they're no longer developing this version,

12/9 Does anyone know of a good blogging software that can
handle blogging entries as well as photo albums?
Wordpress and the WP Gallery plugin is too tricky to

10/2 Is there any Adobe Flash plugin for Firefox 3? I go to a site that

        is not available.
\_ Uh, yes there is. Download and install it yourself if it doesn't

3/4 Hi, what's the best free anti-virus software for XP? What about
anti-spyware? Currently I'm using Active Virus Shield and Spybot.
        Thanks.
\_ I've used: avg, spybot s&d, adaware, trend micro's housecall.
\_ Does Spybot S&D protect Firefox? It soulds like the injection
              feature only supports IE.

9/20 Is there a way in Twiki to have children inherit settings from a
parent? I know there is a WebTopicEditTemplate which you can use
for an entire Web, but what I want is to be able to have all of
the children under a given topic automatically be populated with
a template of settings when created. Is there a way to do that?

3/4 So I'm new to AJAX and I have a few concerns. Let's say I include
an iframe to a completely different website, say, one of the Yahoo
or Google plugin (game, fortune) or something. Isn't it possible
that we'll have variable name space collision between the different
iframes? My understanding is all iframes and frame variables
are shared but then again my understanding sucks.
