2/23    Can someone recommend a good mobile phone and service provider
        for someone on a budget.  I do not need a lot of peak minutes, but
        free roaming would be good.
        \_ The sprint prices & plan is pretty good, (120 minutes/month,
        with long distance + roaming, $30, +$5 for 500 off peak minutes).
        Unfortunatly, the coverage area does leave something to be desired
        \_ dual band phone eliminates some of the coverage problems.
           \_ dual band is definitely the way to go, but I wouldnt use it
              regularly, since sprint charges something like 60cents/minute
              for analog because they have to borrow analog time

        instate calls.. basically free roaming and long distance
