12/21   I'm looking for a good nation-wide ISP for a friend who is a non-
        techie.  I don't like AOL.  I have had good luck with IBM, they
        seemed pretty reliable, but I have heard that that division was
        sold to AT&T.  Does anyone know of any other good ones?  Thanks...
