4/16 Do programmers at startups normally get raises every year (assuming they are doing a good job etc)? Or is there some kind of understanding that people don't get raises until the company hits certain technical or financial milestones? \_ maybe it depends on how well you're being paid in the first place. if they're underpaying you and not giving you a raise, they'll find it hard to retain even semi-competent people. |
