3/5     Someone mentioned an e-mail address to which we can forward spams
        in order for the govt to take some action.  What is the address again?

        \_ There's fraud@ftc.gov, but that's only for out-and-out scams, like
           MIRIAM ABACHA and the rest of the 419 crowd.  I think all mails
           there probably get saved to a giant database and then ignored.
