1/28    Trying to find out how Echelon works, the technology it uses to
        filter out data (algorithm, etc), they type of database it uses
        to store huge amount of data, the infrastructure, etc etc. Google
        doesn't seem to help. Thanks.

           exist.  obDuh!  Now what I can tell you is that there are places
           in other countries where government/military buildings are sitting
           "just so" in line with public transmitters are almost certainly
           slurping up the air waves.
