The Editing Room: Abridged Scripts for Movies.
The Editing Room.
Updates:.
The Editing Room.
Do you hate my web site?
Then I have bad news for you.
Total Film apparently received a surge of letters and e-mails demanding the return of my column, The Abridged Script, to their magazine.
Many readers actually said the feature was their favorite part of the mag.
As a result, by popular demand, The Abridged Script is returning to the magazine, which means I will once again be writing and, thus, updating this web site.
If some of those e-mails and letters were written by you, I thank you very much for taking the time and effort needed to play a part in my return to the world of freelance writing.
I hope I can keep this site alive long enough for you to get sick of it.
I am still very interested in publishing a book of these scripts and/or new ones, so if you are or work for a book publisher that would like to release books of Abridged Scripts, let me know via e-mail.
Just because you exposed yourself to a group of students on a field trip to the local cineplex and were ejected from the premises doesnt mean you shouldnt be able to discuss how much you hated the latest Hollywood schlock-fest with your friends and co-workers.
Dont let the man keep you down.
Here at The Editing Room, I will provide you with all of the venomous hatred you need in order to convince everyone that your cheap ass actually does go to see movies, and that you have a masochistic urge to continue doing so despite apparently hating everything you see.
To the left, you can see the latest abridged scripts on the site.
Abridged scripts are just like regular screenplays, except with better special effects.
Follow a link to the left or click Archives above and read-up!
Youll never have to go to a theater again!
Especially after that court order!
Hey, jerkface!
E-mail me, dammit!
I love getting e-mail.
It makes my life complete.
So do it, it only takes you a damn second, you lazy prick.
